Az egészség embere
Habitus: Szívesen vitatkozol, sőt, gyakran szembeszállsz beszélgetőpartnereiddel. Gyakran felhalmozod a problémákat, hogy ne kelljen szembenézned velük.
Betegségre való hajlam: Vese- és hólyagpanaszok, a test elsavasodása, cukorbetegség, bőrbetegség, a test lesoványodása.
Gyógynövény: Szappanfű, palástfű, aloé vera.
Felhasználási javaslat: Az egész szervezeted erősítik az aloévera-készítmények (tea, kapszula, zselés csemege). Az aloévera-krém kiváló a sebek megszüntetésében, pikkelysömör, akné, övsömör ellen.
Görcsoldó hatása miatt időnként érdemes palástfűteát kortyolnod, mert a húgyhólyagpanaszokat enyhíti. Enyhe vizelethajtó a szappanfű teája (ehhez 3 dl forró vízzel leforráz 1 tk. növényt, majd 8-10 perc elteltével leszűri, és fogyaszthatja.)
